The Mahadvara Sthapana Pooja will honor and felicitate the sthapathis to begin the auspicious work. A team of four well-qualified sthapathis arrived from India recently under the leadership of Shri Selvaraj Sthapathi.

Mr. Selvaraj has worked on many temples in India, including the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam, Shri Rajarajeswari Temple in Bengaluru, and Samayapuram Temple near Srirangapatnam in Mysuru, to name a few. He has also worked on temples in Albany, NY, and Middletown, CT. He was instrumental in advising Guruji during the construction of our Rajagopuram and personally designed and shipped the bronze Vimana that uniquely adorns our Rajagopuram.

Under his guidance and leadership, the Shilpis Arumugam, Rajesh, and Prakash will be working on creating sculptures, carvings, and designs based on the Agama and Shilpa Shastras.

Let us all join in welcoming the Shilpis and participate in the Aaramba Mahotsava of Mahadvara.
